Coronavirus outbreak at factory sees 350 families affected and 75 positive cases

A further 39 Banham Poultry staff members have tested positive for coronavirus, bringing the total to 75 employees of the chicken factory.

The poultry factory in Attleborough, Norfolk, has 1100 workers, 300 of which have been tested for coronavirus.

Seven colleagues were initially found to have the disease, before Banham Poultry tested all employees in the production area.

Banham Poultry is said to be working with the county council health department and "working hard to ensure the health and safety of their staff."
